How large is this piano?
All grand pianos have virtually identical Width and Height. Length is the only dimension that varies dramatically from one grand piano to the next.
Why is Length important? Longer pianos allow for longer strings and greater soundboard surface area, so they usually produce more sound than smaller pianos, but they naturally occupy more space.
What size should I buy? Most industry professionals recommend choosing the longest piano that your space can comfortably accommodate.

This Steinway B was originally crafted in New York in 2000. As one would expect of a Steinway of such recent vintage, this is a magnificent piece that will be a welcome addition to any setting, equally suitable for public performance or private enjoyment. Its tone is full and bold, with ample sound to fill virtually any space, balanced with a lovely richness and depth. It will easily provide decades of musical enjoyment to its next owner. All original Steinway parts are intact and in excellent working order.
