A fully restored Steinway Model M 5'7'' grand piano, we look forward to showing you the beautiful results.  Originally crafted in New York in 1922, it will be a welcome addition to any home and will be a treasured family heirloom for generations.

This fully restored instrument will be a visual and musical masterpiece that you'll enjoy for many decades to come.  

Restoration work includes the following:

  • New pinblock
  • New strings and tuning pins
  • Restored action (including new hammers, shanks, and flanges) using genuine Steinway parts
  • New hand-rubbed rich dark mahogany finish
  • New Steinway & Sons contemporary fallboard decal applied
  • Original Steinway soundboard preserved, repaired, and refinished, excellent structural condition with good crown
  • Re-gilt harp and re-nickelled hardware
  • New keytops and keyfronts

At 5'7" (170cm) in length, this piano's rich tone and responsive action is found not only in a great many homes, but in many schools of music and conservatories as well. Called the "Medium" grand, there is nothing medium about the sound from this instrument.
