How do I complete this form?

Sections 1 & 2: Enter your information

All fields in these sections are required. If you wish to add a Co-Applicant, please select "Yes" at the bottom of Section 2 and add your Co-Applicant's information below.

Section 3: Select your terms

Item Sales Price: Enter the price of the piano you're interested in financing

Down Payment: 10% Minimum Down Payment is required. You may choose to enter a larger amount if desired to lower your monthly payment.

Two financing programs are currently available, you may toggle between them in the "Available Options" dropdown menu.

Option #1: Standard Fixed Rate Financing
Choose the term and monthly payment that work best for you.
Change the "Length of Term" field to select the length of contract (in months) that you prefer. Note that rates vary according to contract length, with the lowest rates available for shorter contract terms.
Option #2: 12 Months Same as Cash Special Promotion (Limited Time Only)
No interest if paid in full within promotional period. Monthly payments of $50.89 per $1,000 borrowed at 19.99% APR for 24 months. May not be combined with other discounts or promotions.
How do I complete the "Product Information" section?

Enter as much information as you can about piano you are interested in financing. All fields are required, but if you don't know what to add in any of these fields, just enter "TBD" and we'll fix it for you.

We will follow up with you to verify the specific details of the piano you are interested in purchasing, and we'll update these fields as necessary before finalizing the financing documents.
