We want to thank you for the exceptional experience that you and your staff provided for the purchase of our piano yesterday.
We were initially a bit anxious about buying a piano because of our relative inexperience in purchasing musical instruments. We were considering what seemed to be a great deal on a piano through Craigs List, but wanted to learn more before making this commitment. From the time that we walked through the door at Caruso, we were treated courteously and warmly. We received an education in pianos in a non-pressured manner. You helped us to understand the subtleties of the differences in the pianos through his wonderful playing, and the person who tunes the pianos was kind enough to show our daughter how this is done.
I have no doubt that we have purchased the piano that is right for our family. We are excited about getting our Yamaha U-3 for our daughter's lessons, and I have also decided to start playing the piano again.
