If current events are causing you to shop for a piano online for the first time, we understand that the process can be an unfamiliar one. You may be surprised to learn that it's been an everyday part of our business for many years - over 75% of our pianos are sold sight-unseen to long-distance buyers across the United States.
How do you do it?
We try hard to provide as much (if not more) information to our online shoppers about each piano in our inventory than they would expect to find if they were shopping for a piano in person. Most listings feature detailed video demonstrations that faithfully show you the musical and aesthetic characteristics of each instrument. We purposefully avoid heavy edits and 'movie magic' to make sure we provide a faithful demonstration of each piano.
Video appointments available
Would you like a more personal, in-depth view of a particular piano? Schedule a video appointment to see and hear one of our pianos, live and in real-time, using the video platform that you know best.
We're here to help you bring your dream piano into your home, wherever you are. We work with a nationwide network of piano shippers, and most shipments are still operating on their usual timetable. As always, we'll work hard to get your piano to you in the quickest and safest way possible.
