Write from the start the professionalism started they came to pick up the piano and prepare it for it move. And then my continuous communications with Larry and Brittany was everything I expected and then some. Thank you for finding a great home for our heirloom. I hope they get to enjoy as much as we did..

I needed to sell my piano and have it out of my house quickly. Caruso piano gallery picked up the same day we talked and walked me through the entire process. Selling my piano through them was a great experience.

We absolutely love our piano! Everyone at Caruso was so helpful, especially since we are out of state and could not visit the gallery in person. They were wonderful helping us select our piano over video call, walking us through delivery and financing processes, and kept us updated every step of the way. We couldn’t be happier with the process and our piano!

This company was an absolute pleasure to do business with. I had my eye on a beautiful pink piano which had to make the journey from Connecticut to Texas. Brittany was wonderful every step of the way. She kept me informed of the piano’s progress and was also helpful in coordinating the delivery with the completion of our new house. The piano arrived in flawless condition. I highly recommend Caruso if you’re looking for a beautiful piano and great customer service.

"...I will recommend you to anyone I know wanting to purchase a piano..."

Steve delivered the piano 1-1/2 weeks ago and I LOVE IT!!!!  I contemplated purchasing the piano online (without physically seeing it) for at least a month.  Thank you for having a business that did not overstate the condition of the piano.  This one really is in mint condition.  Also, Steve was very professional, on time and could not have been more careful with the piano.  I will recommend you to anyone I know wanting to purchase a piano.  Thank you again.
