We've fully restored this instrument to make it a visual and musical masterpiece for many decades to come. Restoration work included the following:

New pinblock
New strings and tuning pins
Re-gilt harp with hand-stenciled lettering
Hardware and pedals re-plated in nickel
Original Steinway soundboard restored and refinished
New black understring felts
Dampers restored and refinished
All-new action, including wippens, hammers, shanks, and flanges, custom-sized to match the exact original specifications of this instrument. Carefully voiced and regulated by a master technician.
Traditional cabinet fully refinished in a handsome high-polished custom pink finish

How can I get to know a piano if I don't see it in person?

How can I be sure of the condition of one of your pianos?

Before it is listed on our site, every piano we receive is disassembled, inspected, detailed, tuned, repaired, and/or adjusted by our team of piano experts to bring it to showroom-quality standards of playability. Warranties accompany every piano listed in our standard preowned piano categories.

We welcome and encourage third-party inspections of any piano in our inventory by an independent piano technician of your choice. Buyers shopping from outside of the Northeast US can often hire an independent technician to inspect a piano on their behalf prior to purchasing.
