Before it is listed on our site, every piano we receive is disassembled, inspected, detailed, tuned, repaired, and/or adjusted by our team of piano experts to bring it to showroom-quality standards of playability. Warranties accompany every piano listed in our standard preowned piano categories.

We welcome and encourage third-party inspections of any piano in our inventory by an independent piano technician of your choice. Buyers shopping from outside of the Northeast US can often hire an independent technician to inspect a piano on their behalf prior to purchasing.
