How large is this piano?
All grand pianos have virtually identical Width and Height. Length is the only dimension that varies dramatically from one grand piano to the next.

This Steinway Model S 5'1'' baby grand piano was originally crafted in 1941 in New York. It came to us from the home of a diligent private owner. Own a piece of historic American craftsmanship for a fraction of the cost of a new Steinway S.
Prior restoration work performed.
A previous owner of this piano commissioned extensive restoration work in the 1990s, including the following:
- New pinblock
- New soundboard
- New strings and tuning pins
- Re-gilt harp
- New understring felts
- Restored action, including new German Renner hammers, shanks, flanges, and wippens
- New keytops
- Steinway & Sons historic fallboard decal applied
We found this to be an extremely enjoyable instrument to play, with a smooth, consistent action, and a surprisingly full and rich tone for its size.
