    I am very happy with my purchase at Caruso. They were very accommodating allowing me to come in on a day they were closed so I could try the pianos I was interested in. I ended up getting a piano that I absolutely love. Brian was so helpful and after the piano was delivered it needed adjustment. Brian set it up snd Caruso paid for my technician to fix the issue. Great company and so far so good! It’s been 2 weeks and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Caruso for bringing a life long dream of owning a Yamaha grand piano to fruition.

    Somewhat unusually perhaps, most of this firm's sales occur online. Their pianos are shipped nationwide, and clearly they offer a high-quality desirable selection. At least one of the owners is a member of the Piano Technicians Guild (PTG), and much of their restoration and rebuilding work is done in-house. Being relatively close by, I was able to try some of the pianos and bring along a technician myself, but those who are ordering online are encouraged to independently select a PTG technician to review the instrument. This business does not operate in the typical used-car-sales mode in that the prices are fixed, and trade-ins are not routinely accepted. In my opinion this is respectful of both parties and allows both to have clear expectations. The website is kept up-to-date on the status of individual pianos in their inventory.

    This company was an absolute pleasure to do business with. I had my eye on a beautiful pink piano which had to make the journey from Connecticut to Texas. Brittany was wonderful every step of the way. She kept me informed of the piano’s progress and was also helpful in coordinating the delivery with the completion of our new house. The piano arrived in flawless condition. I highly recommend Caruso if you’re looking for a beautiful piano and great customer service.

    We just love our St. Lucia Blue U3! It took some time, thanks Covid, but she is finally home and we couldn’t be happier! The piano is just beautiful, sounds beautiful, and feels beautiful!!! The team at Caruso couldn’t have been nicer, even with me bugging them constantly! Even the piano movers were excellent. I couldn’t recommend them more!

The delivery guys showed up yesterday to deliver my new to me (1976) Yamaha U1. When I received the piano, the delivery guys got it in the house in a swift fashion and took very good care of the piano while they moved it. The piano is exactly as it was described, and is exactly how I had hoped! You guys took the time to communicate with me back and forth numerous times throughout the buying and delivery process and I could not be happier with my decision to buy this piano, and to buy it from Caruso. I look forward to many years of happy piano playing!
